With effect from 1st April 2021, all existing registrations of Udyog Aadhar or MSME Registration have been made invalid. You will need to migrate your existing registration into the new system of Udyam Registration which can be done by filing the form above. All are the same. With effect from 1st July 2020, SSI, MSME and Udyog Aadhaar Registration have been discontinued and replaced by Udyam Registration. Eventually the sole purpose of this registration is to provide benefits to MSMEs in India. All existing MSME/ Udyog Aadhaar Registered enterprises are required to re-enroll for Udyam Registrations using their existing registration details.
Any individual having a valid Aadhaar card can apply for Udyog Aadhaar Registration/ Udyam Registration of their Firm/ Company/ Organisation.
No documents are required for Udyog Aadhaar Registration/ Udyam Registration. Your mobile number should be linked to your Aadhaar card, in case it is not we will need to submit a copy of your PAN Card or Aadhar Card.
You will get your Udyog Aadhaar Registration/ Udyam Registration Certificate immediately on your email after we apply for registration using your details.
Upon receiving all your information our executives will call you to confirm your information. You will be further requested to provide OTPs sent on the Mobile number linked to your Aadhaar. Keeping in mind the best interests of the Environment a Physical certificate is not issued. The online certificate sent to you on your Email is valid everywhere.
Applications do not get Rejected. The information you provide is considered true to your knowledge and the same is recorded on your Udyog Aadhar Registration Certificate.
Udyog Aadhaar Registration/ Udyam Registration is applicable for all entities having a maximum investment of Rs. 10 Crores (for Manufacturing) and Rs. 5 Crores (for Services) in Plant & Machinery and Equipment for Manufacturing or providing Services (Not inclusive of Land & Building). Udyog Aadhaar Registration/ Udyam Registration cannot be obtained for activities of Retail and Wholesale. Such entities are requested to apply for activities involving manufacturing of those products which in turn automatically cover its retailing and wholesaling.
You need to make sure that your Aadhaar card is validated. If not, you will need to get the same validated from your nearest UIDAI (Aadhaar) centre. We are not responsible if your Aadhaar card is not validated and results in your Udyog Aadhaar not being generated.
In case you do not have a bank account opened for your Firm/ Organization/ Company, you may enter the personal bank account details of the Proprietor or any of the Partner/ Director of the Firm/ Company. These details can be changed later in the certificate once the bank account is opened using this Udyog Aadhaar/ MSME Registration Certificate.
